We want you to love your Mustard Made locker, but if it's not the right fit for your home, you can return your unassembled items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized return label.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Ensure the locker is unassembled and placed back in its original flat-pack boxing with all hardware and protective inserts included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
